Although tagged as a "Cafe," this is an informal home space, in the Vermont cottage industry tradition. Because drinks are made to order, allow at least 15 mins for the experience as water needs to boil and spices and other ingredients need to mingle. Minimum order is 2 servings, so consider bringing a friend with whom to share the experience, or just cover the cost and get appropriately high on the combination of sugar & caffeine.
This food establishment is sanctioned by the State of Vermont to operate under a "License Exemption."
This certification is granted through an application process that requires the operator to complete a Food Operator's Training. As required by the State of VT, this notice is to inform consumers that the offerings served are "made in a home kitchen not inspected by the Vermont Department of Health."
